Three individuals have been charged with robbery at the Mombasa Law Courts following an incident where they allegedly accosted two men at a hotel in Mombasa and stole their phones. The accused, identified as John Odhiambo alias Bright, Bakaso Bashir alias Kasim, and Erick Kamau alias Kamash, are now facing charges relating to the robbery.



According to the charge sheet, the suspects approached the two men at the hotel while armed with a knife on August 10, 2023. They allegedly forcefully took a Huawei and Oppo phone, with a combined value of Ksh.50,000, from the victims.
